Direct Hire Warehouse Associate / Material Handler - Direct Hire Pay: $18.75/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Overtime as required Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position includes order picking, inventory movement, palletizing, shipping support, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections Safely operate warehouse equipment and pallet jacks Use warehouse scanners/tablets for inventory tracking and order picking Load, move, stack, and organize products and materials Build, wrap, and transport pallets throughout the warehouse Ensure products are properly labeled, secured, and shipment-ready Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards Assist with inventory counts and special projects as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required Forklift experience is a plus Comfortable using scanners, tablets, and inventory systems Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
