What you\'ll be doing We're looking for an experienced growth marketer to take ownership of our user acquisition strategy for the getquin platform.
Your mission: drive scalable, data-driven growth across iOS, Android and web — with a focus on paid performance, subscriptions conversion, and user activation.
Develop and own a multi-channel growth strategy focused on mobile user acquisition and subscription conversion
Scale and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and other key paid channels
Use attribution and analytics tools to track performance, understand impact, and guide decisions
Manage budgets strategically based on ROI and user value
Collaborate closely with product to drive efficiency across the entire user funnel
Continuously evolve our MarTech stack and ensure clear, actionable reporting on key growth KPIs
This role will report directly to our Head of Growth.
What we are looking for 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally in consumer subscription models
Proven success in scaling Meta app campaigns and optimizing across acquisition and retention
Strong analytical mindset and confidence using attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer)
Bonus: background or interest in wealth, investing, or fintech
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
