Parts Manager

to lead the parts department at our busy automotive dealership in Vacaville, CA. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong inventory management skills, dealership experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the dealership parts department Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence controlMaintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors Ensure accurate pricing, receiving, and inventory reconciliation Lead, coach, and develop parts department staff Work closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations Monitor departmental performance, gross profit, and expense controlsEnsure excellent customer service for retail and wholesale clients Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of automotive parts management experience in a dealership environment Strong knowledge of OEM parts operations and inventory systemsProven leadership and team management skills Experience with dealership management software Strong organizational and communication abilities Ability to analyze reports and drive departmental profitability Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation

$72,000 - $150,000 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Bonus opportunities available.
