Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Build repair orders with attention to detail and strong communication Provide maintenance and repair recommendations with honesty and confidence Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair processCoordinate with technicians and service management to ensure efficient workflow Follow up on declined services and future maintenance opportunities Help maintain strong CSI and long-term customer retention Keep appointments, write-ups, and repair orders moving with urgency and accuracy Deliver a professional, organized, and high-energy service experience every dayWhat We're Looking For

Previous automotive service advisor experience is required Strong understanding of service lane operations, maintenance schedules, and repair recommendations Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of urgency and attention to detail Team-first attitude with a positive, professional presence Experience with dealership systems and repair order processes is preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Why Hyundai of Vacaville
