Benicia, CA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Day Shift | Monday–Saturday | $28.00– $30.00/hr | We are seeking a dependable and experienced

CDL-A / Logistics Lead

to support daily warehouse and transportation operations in Benicia, CA. This role is responsible for inbound and outbound material movement, local deliveries, inventory tracking, warehouse coordination, and logistics support in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, WMS systems, CDL-A driving, and maintaining accurate documentation while following warehouse and transportation safety standards.

Responsibilities Perform vehicle and trailer inspections before and after shifts Load, transfer, and deliver raw and finished materials Maintain shipment, inventory, and logistics documentation Use WMS systems for inventory tracking and warehouse operations Support warehouse cleanliness, audits, and safety procedures

Requirements Valid CDL-A license with clean DOT driving record and current DOT medical card 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience 3–5 years of warehouse and logistics experience Experience with WMS systems and Microsoft Office Knowledge of warehouse, trucking, and food manufacturing safety standards
