Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
Press Utility
role in Woodland, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:• Assist press operators with setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient workflow. • Load raw materials and remove finished products from press machines safely and efficiently. • Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications and standards.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, machinery, and production floors. • Support machine changeovers, tooling adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed. • Accurately document production counts, material usage, and quality information. • Package, label, and preparefinished products for shipping or further processing.• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times. • Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals and deadlines. • Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus.• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment operation.• Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. • Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed. Compensation:
• $17.25-$20.29/hour DOE (Depending on Experience).
