Weekends / Weekdays | 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Now hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Ridgefield, WA. This position offers competitive pay at $18.00 per hour and the opportunity to work in a professional security environment. We are seeking dependable candidates with flexible availability who can maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities Conduct routine foot patrols (vehicle or golf cart patrols if assigned) Monitor property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports Provide customer service and assist visitors, staff, and clientsFollow all company policies and site post orders Participate in required training and maintain professional standards Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or customer service preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations Strong observation and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation requiredFlexible schedule with weekend availability Requirements

Must pass background check (criminal, credit, and motor vehicle) Must pass pre-employment drug screening (if required) Must be dependable with consistent attendance
