Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full Time/Part Time/PRN

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role supports licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, resident-centered therapy services aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.Position Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with mobility training, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities Monitor resident progress and report changes in condition to the supervising PTComplete accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Follow established care plans and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required) Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferredStrong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while adhering to PT supervision requirements Commitment to quality resident care and rehabilitation outcomes What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling (PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time options available)Supportive leadership and collaborative rehab team Stable opportunity in a resident-focused healthcare environment To Apply: Submit your resume for confidential consideration.
