The Account Representative will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met

Coordinate with internal departments to execute client projects on time and within scope

Track account metrics and prepare regular reports for clients and management

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development
