Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal ERP systems and customer portals
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
Partner closely with the Sales team to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Manage incoming calls and emails, routing information as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure all order details meet customer
