Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically Recommend hardware and software improvementsTrack customer issues and resolutions Qualifications: 1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success. Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms:Windows Server Platform Microsoft Active Directory Platform Microsoft Active Directory Platform Microsoft SharePoint Server VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Platform Microsoft Office Applications Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Company Description FTI Services is a fun and engaging environment full of smart and hardworking people.
