Position Overview
Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking motivated, developing clinicians to join our team as
NonCertified Middle Tier Supervisors . This role is specifically designed for individuals actively enrolled in a
Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
who are pursuing BCBA certification and are eager to receive highquality supervision from experienced BCBAs.
This hourly position provides a structured pathway to advanced clinical responsibility, leadership development, and supervised fieldwork while maintaining a strong emphasis on ethical practice, client outcomes, and professional growth.

MA or MS program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Actively seeking
BCBA or BCaBA certification Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Strong interest in clinical leadership and skill development Excellent communication, organization, and professional judgment Commitment to ethical, compassionate, clientcentered care What We Offer
