Registered Landscape Architect– South Jersey | Growing Civil Engineering Firm in South Jersey is seeking a Registered Landscape Architect to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically strong professional to work on a wide variety of land development, municipal, commercial, residential, and public sector projects. Responsibilities:• Prepare landscape architecture plans, site layouts, planting plans, and project renderings• Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, surveyors, and project managers• Assist with land development approvals and permitting processes• Meet with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies• Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents• Support projects from concept through construction administration Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture• Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) required• 5 years of experience with land development/site design projects• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software• Strong knowledge of local zoning and land use regulations• Excellent communication and project coordination skills Company offers competitive compensation, strong benefits package, hybrid flexibility, and excellent long-term career growth opportunities.
