In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations specific to cleaning supplies, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure the efficient processing of cleaning supply shipments

Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper organization of warehouse space

Implement and uphold safety protocols relevant to handling cleaning supplies

Train new employees and serve as a mentor for ongoing development

Prepare daily operational reports and inventory documentation

Utilize warehouse management software to track incoming and outgoing products

Assist in physical labor and lifting of supplies as necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision

Knowledge of warehouse management systems, with a willingness to learn

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficient in understanding safety and compliance regulations

Demonstrated experience in inventory control and handling

Proficient in MS Office and inventory software
