Build and repair decks, porches, fences, and other exterior structures Perform framing, structural carpentry, and installation work Complete trim, finish carpentry, and final detailing Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standardsPrioritize customer satisfaction throughout every phase of the project Requirements

4+ years of carpentry, deck building, fencing, or general contracting experience Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License Active General Liability Insurance Active Workers' Compensation Insurance Ability to work independently and manage projects professionally Reliable transportation and tools required
