Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter information and ensure data entry conformance with the data plan.
- Tasks included, but are not limited to:
- Reformatting information, such as contact information
- De-duplication
- Verify data relationships according to the data plan
- Escalate issues and seek clarification from Manager as needed
- Manages follow-up activities from identification to closure
- 2-3 years of experience
- Follows procedures / protocols
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with Excel and Salesforce
- Familiarity with MedPro is a plus
- Organized
- Clear communication
- Ability to work at computer for extended periods
- High school diploma
