Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Open the reception desk at the start of the day and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
  • Greet the public, distribute name badges to visitors and temporary employees, and issue facility access cards to employees.
  • Efficiently handle incoming phone calls from across the United States, including transferring calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, manage all logistical details, and order food and refreshments to ensure smooth and enhanced meeting experience.
  • Perform light administrative duties, PC support, and additional tasks as needed (e.g., envelope labels, compiling manuals).
  • Update company phone and speed dial lists in a timely manner.
  • Issue company loaner cell phones.
  • Participate enthusiastically in company and community service events.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing communication with staff to facilitate collaboration and address daily needs.
  • Understand other work areas and assist Administration or any other team when required.

Skills:
  • 2+ years of prior switchboard experience (typically required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required
