  • Update Sales Force cases with patient information
  • Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and mail preparation for mailing.
  • verify insurance information with insurance providers
  • Review documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations

Skills:
  • Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) SalesForce, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
  • What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Computer based administrative work.
  • Preferred background/prior work experience? Insurance billing or verification
  • Priority soft skills Organization, attention to detail.

Education/Experience:
  • High school Diploma
