Job Responsibilities:
- Update Sales Force cases with patient information
- Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and mail preparation for mailing.
- verify insurance information with insurance providers
- Review documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations
- Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) SalesForce, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
- What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Computer based administrative work.
- Preferred background/prior work experience? Insurance billing or verification
- Priority soft skills Organization, attention to detail.
- High school Diploma
