Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including word processing, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and schedules.
  • Assist with permit documentation and related paperwork.
  • Prepare and process invoices as required.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Receive and direct visitors as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team activities.
  • Obtain and manage office supplies.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Support Service Coordinators with projects to streamline field operations.
  • Maintain financial and departmental records.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.

Skills:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Calendar management and scheduling coordination
  • Customer service orientation

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma required
