Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including word processing, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and schedules.
- Assist with permit documentation and related paperwork.
- Prepare and process invoices as required.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Receive and direct visitors as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team activities.
- Obtain and manage office supplies.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Support Service Coordinators with projects to streamline field operations.
- Maintain financial and departmental records.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Calendar management and scheduling coordination
- Customer service orientation
- High School Diploma required
