Must reside 50 miles or more from facility to qualify for travel pay
Requirements
Active RN license in California
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RNFA
Orthopedic and spine case experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with facility standards
Assist in surgical procedures as a Registered Nurse First Assistant
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
