Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the customer service cycle across internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers regarding service requests and technical issues.
  • Analyze, plan, and facilitate resolutions for customer service and technical challenges.
  • Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) in compliance with RCRA &; DOT regulations.
  • Manage waste approval processes with internal teams and third-party TSDFs, ensuring cost-effective, compliant solutions.
  • Generate jobs and detailed work orders to support accurate execution of services by operations teams.
  • Oversee post-shipment processes, verify WIPs and approvals, and resolve discrepancies affecting TSDF acceptance and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with team members on incoming customer requests, including new service quotes and billing support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Excellence Manager.

  • Ability to provide efficient, simple, and compliant solutions.
  • Technical knowledge of waste management and disposal processes preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized and structured; able to follow standard processes.
  • Collaborative team player across multiple functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma required; additional certifications or technical training preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or waste management preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (RCRA &; DOT) is a plus.
