Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and release production-ready files for print and digital media
Perform high-resolution image manipulation, photo retouching, and color correction
Set up complex multi-page production files and organize artwork layers efficiently
Collaborate with designers to execute layouts according to project specifications
Ensure files are optimized and printer-friendly for production output
Maintain consistency with brand, editorial, and design standards
Handle multiple projects and production files simultaneously
Support typography and layout adjustments for small-format print materials
Improve workflow efficiency in file setup and production processes
Review files for quality, accuracy, and production compliance
Work independently while taking creative direction from design teams
Manage deadlines and quickly switch between tasks as project priorities change
