Dispatcher Associate, Visalia, CA

We are looking for a Dispatcher in Visalia CA. 1st shift. Monday - Friday.  You will be the nerve center of  daily operations. You will manage fleet routing, coordinate directly with drivers, and ensure our cargo gets where it needs to go safely and on time. Because this role requires immediate autonomy and high-level problem-solving, prior experience in dispatch or fleet management is strictly required. Responsibilities

• Ability to clearly intercat with customers and drivers 
• Answer questions for customers 
• Prepare Estimates 
• Communicate with cutomers through transportation process 
• Maintain accurate records daily, weekly, monthly schedules 
• Dispatch drivers to jobsites, logistaclly organizing daily loads

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
