Job Title: General Litigation Attorney
Location: Fully Remote (California-based candidates only)
About the Role:
We are currently hiring a General Litigation Attorney for a full-time remote position with a reputable law firm serving clients across California.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle a broad range of litigation matters while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of general civil litigation matters from start to finish
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
Represent clients in remote court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Qualifications:
Active California Bar license in good standing
2–10+ years of general litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management and communication abilities
Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable tech setup
