A well-respected California defense firm is seeking talented Litigation Attorneys with 1–10 years of experience to join its expanding team.

Base pay range
$140,******/yr - $250,******/yr
Key Responsibilities
Handle cases involving insurance defense, personal injury defense, and construction defect litigation .
Manage a caseload of approximately ***** matters with direct involvement in trial preparation and proceedings.
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and strategic insight.
Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances .
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active California Bar license required.
1–10 years of litigation experience (insurance defense or personal injury preferred).
Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $250,000 with Bonus.
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
