The Opportunity
Handle substantive legal work in a collaborative in-house environment
No billable hour requirements

Supportive leadership team made up of attorneys who have tried cases themselves

Compensation & Experience
3–15 years of experience
$105,599 – $253,872 annually , depending on experience
Company car and gas card (including personal use)
Individual incentive compensation and annual holiday bonus
Performance-based bonus programs, referral bonuses, and holiday incentives

Qualifications
Must be admitted to the California Bar
