Manager, Employee Services (Workday Case Management) – Hybrid
We're looking for a people-focused
Employee Services Manager
to lead a team dedicated to delivering a high-quality, responsive employee experience.
In this role, you'll combine hands-on expertise in
Workday—specifically Workday Case Management
—with strong leadership capabilities to guide your team, improve processes, and ensure employees receive timely, accurate support.
This is a
hybrid role
, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Employee Services representatives, setting clear expectations and supporting their growth
Oversee day-to-day operations of the employee services function, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of HR inquiries
Manage and improve workflows within
Workday Case Management
, ensuring cases are tracked, resolved, and documented effectively
Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive employee issues
Partner with cross-functional HR teams (payroll, benefits, talent, etc.) to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Monitor team performance and service trends, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience
Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
Required: Strong, hands-on experience with Workday, including Workday Case Management
Proven experience leading and developing a team
in an HR shared services, employee services, or similar environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach others and handle escalated situations effectively
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through
