Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle&Billing Manager:

Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and AR

Lead, develop, and performance-manage supervisors and revenue cycle teams

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant claim submission and reimbursement across all service lines

Monitor coding accuracy, audits, denials, and reimbursement trends to maximize revenue

Direct billing, collections, sliding fee scale compliance, and payment plans

Manage month-end close activities and provide financial and operational reporting

Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle&Billing Manager:

Progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle or billing operations preferred

Keen attention to detail and highly organized
