Join Our Team as a TBS Clinical Supervisor

New Haven Youth&Family Services | Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Program | Full-Time | Exempt

Are you a passionate licensed clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families? At New Haven Youth&Family Services, we're looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated TBS Clinical Supervisor to join our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) team.

In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, supervise behavioral coaches, conduct assessments, and support youth and families receiving intensive in-home behavioral services throughout Riverside and San Diego Counties. What You'll Do• Conduct TBS assessments in homes, schools, and community-based settings • Provide individual and group supervision to Bachelor's and Master's level TBS Coaches • Support staff development through training, mentorship, and in-service facilitation • Collaborate with families, caregivers,treatment teams, schools, and county partners• Ensure quality behavioral interventions, documentation, and service delivery • Assist with program operations and additional responsibilities assigned by the Clinical Director

What We're Looking For• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral science field required • Licensed LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist in the State of California required • Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) preferred, but not required • Two years post-license experience and/or supervisory experience preferred• Experience with Medi-Cal billing, documentation, and charting preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and related software • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required• Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index background clearances
