Inside Sales Representative, Waco, TX

We have an outstanding Contract position for an Inside Sales Representative to join a leading Company located in the Waco, TX surrounding area.

The Inside Sales Representative will provide a high-levelof customer service and support withan established customer base to includeProgram Management of key strategic accounts, providing exceptional service to maintain and increase sales of these accounts.The Inside Sales Representative will demonstrate a particular focus on program/customer management. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• High volume of customer quotes price& delivery by phone, fax, or email
• Manage all aspects of order entry, stock management andpurchase requirements for key customers.
• Daily status and review of Key accounts orders, stocking levels and re-order points.
• Assist the company AES's LA management in forecasting revenue and GP of accounts.
• Determining correctmaterial based on customer requirements.
• Obtaining quotes from vendors for materials and outside processing
• Sales Order & Purchase orderentry.
• Assume responsibility ofkey house accounts.
• Coordination with Outside Sales and Management; information& feedback.
• Follow-up and communication with customers; status & delivery
• Initiate & follow-up on customer returns and problems (credits & complaints).
• Maintains paper and digital records/files for the respective department; Periodically visits with customer to establish better business relationships.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales and/or customer service environment.
• College degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience working in fast-pacedmetals, distribution ormanufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience working with SAP desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, intranet andinternet usage
• Superior Excel,PowerPoint skills.
