American Realty Company is seeking a dependable and professional

Full-Time Security Officer

for a vehicle patrol position in Lexington Park, MD. The Security Officer will be responsible for patrolling the premises in a patrol vehicle, monitoring the property, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Patrol the property regularly using a designated patrol vehicle Monitor the premises for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized access Report incidents, concerns, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel Maintain a visible and professional security presence while on duty Follow all site procedures and company policiesProvide professional customer service when interacting with staff, visitors, and tenants Complete incident reports and daily activity reports as required Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record Must be reliable, professional, and punctual Ability to safely operate a patrol vehicle during assigned shift Strong observation and communication skills Must be able to follow instructions and site procedures Prior security or patrol experience preferred, but not requiredAdditional Information / Benefits
