St. Mary's College of Maryland is accepting applications for the one-year* position of

Visiting Assistant Professor of Computer Science , beginning August 2026. This position is in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. The salary range is $75,000 - $82,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

*The position term is for one year but may be extended subject to budgetary approval.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a Master's in Computer Science or related field and be prepared to teach across the undergraduate curriculum. The successful candidate must have the necessary documentation to work legally in the U.S. upon hire. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
