If you're motivated by helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company that stands for more than just selling vehicles, this is the opportunity for you.What You'll Do: Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their automotive needs Guide customers through the Subaru vehicle lineup, showcasing the value, safety, and reliability of our products Stay informed about current inventory, features, and financing options Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service before, during, and after the saleRepresent the Subaru brand and the Subaru Love Promise through community involvement and exceptional customer care What We're Looking For: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required - we train the right people!) We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
