Physical Therapist, Rhode Island

Intercare Recruitment seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a great team at skilled nursing facility. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic services to patients with various diagnoses, including cardiac, ortho, general weakness, and neuro conditions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' physical health and mobility.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Rhode Island.

Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
