Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and manage offshore logistics for personnel and goods. The role involves ensuring seamless communication between the Offshore Operation Team, Offshore Commissioning Team, and all stakeholders to guarantee the availability of necessary resources for installation works.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan daily offshore logistics for personnel and goods.
Maintain a communication line between various teams to ensure resources are in place for installation works.
Set up and manage a RAMS review process.
Ensure electrical and electromechanical systems are maintained according to contractual standards post-energization.
Establish agreements with external contractors for comprehensive maintenance.
Manage and coordinate the defect management process.
Review and compile spare part lists and manage purchases as per approved lists.
Ensure availability of materials and equipment for the commissioning team.
Participate in management meetings and provide necessary reporting.
Prepare documentation and coordinate operational handover of platforms.
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
Support the commissioning manager in reviews and day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with the offshore commissioning manager for material purchase, RAMS review, and maintenance responsibilities.
Requirements
GWO Certifications.
Must be willing to travel to Norway for meetings.
Valid driver’s license and state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage.
