Qualifications
Required:
Highly motivated team player
Friendly and professional demeanor as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
Receive and process mail and FedEx
Answer phones promptly and professionally
Prepare closing packages
Greet clients and visitors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized office environment
Interest in learning more aspects of title
Valuable:
Prior administrative, clerical, or receptionist experience
Experience in a title, real estate, or professional office environment
