Job Description
Processes transactions, prepares correspondence, and fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in customer service role is preferred.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Work under immediate supervision reporting to an immediate supervisor.
Call Center experience is preferred
