Efficiently manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue.Supervise the front desk team, offering guidance, training, and support to uphold high customer service standards. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in hotel front desk operations. Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns. Proficiency in hotel booking software and the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
