Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry.
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the job responsibilities of the Branch Marketing Assistant position include, but are not limited, to the following:/pulliReferral Partner Relationships ulliPlace calls to Referral Partners and follow up on a regular basis.
/li/ul/liliMarketing Responsibilities ulliEvent planning and coordination.
/liliSocial Media Management.
Obtain approval from VP of Marketing for social media posts and updates.
/liliDatabase management.
/liliSet up appointments.
/liliWork with CRM software.
/li/ul/liliClient Appreciation ulliCall client the day after the closing to once again thank them.
Ask client if they need an additional phone appointment to review any questions regarding their mortgage, as well as share how much we appreciate future referrals.
/liliSend Thank You cards to clients after closing.
/li/ul/liliEmails ulliSend blast weekly emails to sales staff and referral partners as instructed (Includes emailing realtors the program of the week).
/liliForward lead generating emails to the appropriate person on the team to allow them to be handled quickly, in addition to leads being noted on the lead tracker.
Hourly when manager not in the office or in meetings.
/liliSend emails on behalf of the manager upon request.
/li/ul/li/ulpAdditional job responsibilities:/pulli******** calls on closed loans (will be trained).
/liliPlans, coordinates, schedules, invites and confirms events.
/liliAssist with client gifts, birthday program, things of gratitude.
/liliAssist with planning, invites and confirmations with lunch and learns (as needed).
/liliAssist with marketing materials.
/liliAssist with any additional task upon request.
(examples: invitation completion, completing forms, setting up new spread sheets, preparing prospecting tasks, checklist and or forms, making calls for various reasons upon request).
/liliOther duties as assigned.
/li/ulp** As needed are items the Branch Marketing Assistant will not do on a regular basis, however, may need to assist and/or complete at times.
/ph3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred;/liliMust be a self-starter;/liliSuperb communication and phone skills;/liliExcellent customer service skills;/liliMust be well-organized;/liliAbility to learn various computer software programs;/liliAbility to multitask multiple projects at once;/liliBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office;/liliAttention to detail;/liliMust have knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 2+ years related experience.
/li/ulpWork Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
