The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting internal operations, client communication, and administrative systems. This position requires professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills and the ability to follow structured processes in a financial services environment. Must be comfortable handling confidential information. We value, transparency, accountability and integrity.Responsibilities Answering phones&greeting clients Client onboarding&document follow-up Send engagement letters, contracts and standard client communications Scanning documents&organizing client folders; both physical and digital Assist with W-9 and vendor documentation Manage office supplies; order&fill as needed Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience 40-50 words per minute type speed Professional written&verbal communication skills Organizational&time management skills Active listening&attention to detail Proficient in basic office applications; Word, Excel, Gmail, Adobe Acrobat (PDF manipulation) Desired Not Required Individual that is familiar with Social Media and posting. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online - This role offers the opportunity to grow within the accounting firm.
