Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companyâs business activities
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company & properties online presence, editorial design and organizing the companyâs publications
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitorâs marketing movements
• Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
• Develop property branding plans
• Work within a defined budget
• Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
• Oversee the operation of the company & property websites or email marketing programs and provide analytics reviews
• Evaluating and develop marketing strategy and plans
• Producing ideas for promotional events or activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing field
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
• Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
• Property Management Industry knowledge preferred
