We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, and shipping goods while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [insert weight])
• Basic computer or scanner system knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
