Warehouse Worker, Washington DC

In this role, you will initially work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, focusing on cleaning tasks within the warehouse. After the initial 30 days, you may be assigned to different shifts based on operational needs. During the following 30 days, your responsibilities will include cleaning according to the new schedule. In the final 30 days, you will participate in ride-alongs with other employees on your shift to gain hands-on experience. This structured approach prepares you for potential full-time employment at the end of the 90-day period.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, and test equipment within the warehouse.
• Drive a 26ft box truck as required.
• Participate in ride-alongs to learn job duties and company operations.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions.

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (39 months).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
