- Maintains and coordinates the CEO’s meeting schedule, managing calendars, related correspondence, meeting details and logistics.
- Conducts thorough research and analysis to gather pertinent information for the CEO’s engagements, both virtual and in-person.
- Coordinates events and executive meetings.
- Manages end-to-end travel coordination.
- Maintains and organizes Executive Office files and records.
- Collaborates across departments to manage projects and ensure efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive briefings to equip the CEO with the necessary insights and context for impactful interactions
- Maintain briefing materials and talking points for meetings and speaking opportunities. Liaises with other divisions to coordinate materials as needed.
- Prepare itineraries and advance materials for meetings and events.
- Functions as the CEO's initial point of contact.
- Maintains and monitors the CEO email box; forwards and drafts responses as appropriate and follows up to ensure timely responses.
- Receives and responds to affiliate speaking requests and maintains a tracker for assignments.
- Manages the CEO’s contact list, agenda, process lags, networking gaps, and actively assists with funder relationship cultivation.
- Responsible for planning and facilitating key connections and conversations with potential funders, and partners, and related relational management.
