Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact, professionally handling all phone and email inquiries.

• Process orders accurately and provide real-time status, shipping, and product updates.

• Resolve issues with urgency and escalate complex technical problems.

• Partner with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless service and accurate records.
