Manage and process orders across the NA webstore and online marketplaces Support customer product reviews and respond to inquiries across digital channels Maintain and support customer accounts within the NA webstore Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication Monitor, document, and resolve service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Distribution Centers to deliver a seamless customer experience Track and support key performance indicators to meet departmental goals Provide product expertise and recommend solutions that meet customer safety and protection needs/ppWhat will you bring to Ansell?
