You'll identify net new opportunities, manage accounts, and expand your book of business while collaborating closely with creative and support teams.This role is remote with minimal travel and backed by strong internal resources. It's an ideal fit for exhibit sales professionals who thrive on consultative selling and want a clear path to high earnings and leadership. What You'll Do: Drive new business from a steady stream of inbound leads + outbound prospectingBuild and manage your pipeline using Salesforce Close deals ranging from $20K to $500K+ (some over $1M) Cross-sell into live event projects and retain commissions Travel 12 times/year to major industry events The Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in custom trade show exhibit sales Strong track record of full-cycle sales ownershipExceptional communicator, presenter, and relationship-builder Entrepreneurial, high-energy, self-motivated Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM The Benefits: Base Salary : $75K First-Year OTE : $150K - 160k Commission : 17% of all closed revenue Top Performers : $350K$475K+ Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)Career Growth : Clear path to strategic or leadership roles Training : Onboarding includes 2 weeks onsite in California Ready to design your next chapter in sales with an innovative, creative industry leader?
