We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases./ppThe Account Executive will oversee the sales development activities for the company and be in charge of implementing campaigns and sales driven activities./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliDevelop and nurture business to business relationships to uncover and pursue sales opportunities/liliSupport partner and customer facing events and activities/liliWork closely with sales support teams to develop and execute pursuit specific winning strategies/liliAnalyze sales data to refine target markets and messaging/liliIdentifies and analyzes client preferences to properly direct sales efforts./liliConsult with potential clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how Workday and Intecrowd can enable achieving those goals/liliCollaborate with executive leadership to effectively manage partner sales leadership/liliActs as company representative at trade association meetings./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulpRequired Skills/Abilities:/pulli3+ years of sales experience required/liliExposure to Workday suite of products (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Planning)/liliExperiences with selling to Line of Business (COO, VP) level of contacts/liliHunter mindset as to demand generation and pipeline development activities/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliExcellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills./liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail./liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce/li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR/liliComparable record of sales leadership experience required./liliAt least three years of Workday sales experience required./li/ulpEmployers Rights:/ppIntecrowd has the right to revise this job description at any time.
