Position Summary
Seeking a contractor to join the Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism's Enzymology group in Groton, CT.
This laboratory-based role will support carry out in vitro assays to investigate drug metabolism, enzyme kinetics and drug-drug interactions.
Position Responsibilities
Routine duties may include but are not limited to generation of samples from in vitro studies using biological matrices, analyzing samples by LC-MS/MS, data processing and reporting, and routine lab activities (e.g., stocking consumables, buffer preparation).
The contractor will maintain an electronic lab notebook. Effective oral and written communication, the ability to work effectively with a team, and computer proficiency are required.
Responsible for general laboratory work involving the study of the metabolism of drugs in vitro.
Work will involve generation of in vitro samples, sample analyses using LC-MS/MS and interpretation and presentation of data.
Education And Experience
BA + 3 years' experience, MA + 1 year experience, HM open to PhD candidates.
