This individual thrives in an environment that encourages teamwork and promotes inclusion by working with a variety of people./ppAs an Assistant Branch Manager you are responsible for: Actively participating in the sales process and motivate branch staff to achieve assigned goals. Assist in maximizing the growth, competitiveness, and profitability of the branch. Ensures efficient operation of branch through effective supervision of branch staff and providing support to the Branch Manager. Provide excellent customer service./ppResponsibilities:/pulliExcellent command of customer service skills, modifying approach in dealing with different people and situations, keeping commitments made to customers on a timely basis./liliEffectively demonstrate knowledge of all Bank products and services, consumer and business./liliHave a basic understanding of companys commercial customer segment including basic industry knowledge, current trends, challenges and opportunity to better identify the right solutions./liliProactively meet with customers face to face and over the phone to provide product and service recommendations that will meet their financial needs./liliPromote, cross-sell and upsell bank products and services that meet customers needs./liliOpen accounts, perform account maintenance and provide customer service solutions timely./liliContribute to the achievement of established branch goals, assist in the planning of sales related activities./liliAchieve assigned sales production consistently.
